In today’s fast-paced world, where instant gratification has become the norm, cultivating patience can feel like an uphill battle. From rapid communication through technology to the expectation of immediate results, our ability to wait has diminished. However, patience remains a cornerstone of personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. It allows us to pause, reflect, and act thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.

Unfortunately, for me patience is my kryrtonite as I work on it everyday. Yes it is a struggle but i do not give up until I defeat this challenge. Yes I look forward to defeating this challenge to become a better person. Would love to get some feedback from you on this subject.
