Every day, an internal conversation is taking place. Some thoughts create confidence, hope, creativity, resilience, and possibility. Others create fear, limitation, self-doubt, anxiety, and hesitation. Over time, repeated thoughts become beliefs, and beliefs begin steering the course of life.
